Return policy
All Deposits and Booking Amount are taken in “good faith” and are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
In the event of a defective part Secure Auto Parts must be notified and Secure Auto Parts will make judgment of replacement or refund if covered under warranty.
- All parts must be returned in its original condition and packaged the way it was at delivery. All documentation must accompany the engine when returning.
- All returns must be shipped via ups or freight truck in case the buyer arranges shipping.
- If any order cancelled other than performance related issue then restocking fees of 30% will be applicable.
- Once the part is installed and malfunctions during the warranty period, the buyer needs to pay for return shipping.
- In case of a problem with the engine or transmission, a diagnostic report is required to validate the problem. A replacement part or refund will only be provided once we have received and verified the diagnostic report. In case the customer is not able to provide the diagnostic report, all returns will be treated as no-fault returns and will attract a restocking fee of 30% and the return shipping.
- In case of a warranty claim, a replacement part or refund can only be provided once the part is received and inspected by Secure Auto Parts upon return.
- Under no circumstances, will the buyer be eligible for a replacement part or refund until the customer is still in possession of the part.
- If the order is cancelled after shipping, then restocking fees of 30% will be applicable along with the shipping charges.
There is a 30% restock fee plus any shipping costs incurred
If any part is returned for no performance related reasons OR buyer ordered the wrong part OR the part was never installed.
The buyer hereby acknowledges that due to the nature of used parts, any liability of Secure Auto Part’s for all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or provided. If a part is sold by Secure Auto Part’s under warranty fails to operate, liability shall be limited to the replacement of the part or a remedy not to exceed the price paid for the part.
Warranty Claim Procedure :–
In the unlikely event of a Head/Block/Transmission being defective, we will require the following to be emailed only to us: (ATTN: Claims or Queries emailed to sale@secureautoparts.com)
- In order to activate the warranty, please provide the copy of the Driver’s License or any State ID (Photo ID).
- A copy of the Mechanic’s certification along with their contact information must be provided. We will contact the Certified Mechanic to ensure that the documents are legitimate; the Certified Mechanic may not be the individual who bought the engine from us.
- Once required paperwork will be emailed to us, we will make a decision on whether we will provide a refund for the damaged engine/transmission to be returned for a replacement.
- Neither shipping charges nor labor are covered under warranty. You must return the defective engine/transmission complete with no parts missing.
